摘 要:为提高消弧线圈动作的成功率,提出了一种既适合于"随调式",又适合于"预调式"消弧线圈控制的接地电流测量方法。该法是先测量出电网正常运行的零序电压,而后控制消弧线圈输出一个已知的增量补偿电流,再测得该增量补偿电流输出后的电网零序电压值,依据这3个量准确计算出电网的接地电流的电容电流(或脱谐电流)分量和有功电流(阻尼电流)分量。模拟试验和挂网运行均证明该方法测量简便、精确。A new measurement method of the phase-to-earth fault current is proposed,which can be used not only in the control of a follow-resonant arc-suppression coil,but also in the control of a pre-resonant arc-suppression coil.First,a zero-sequence voltage is measured,second,a known increment of compensation current is exported by controlling arc-suppression coil,then,other zero-sequence voltage is measured also.Accordingly,from above 3 values,both the capacitive current(or off-turning current) and the active current(resistance current) of one phase-to-earth fault current in a distribution power system are calculated.Test and operation results indicate that the measurement has a high accuracy and is easy to measure.
