摘　　要：为解决给户外输变电线路在线监测设备可长期运行且有足够功率的供电问题,研究了采用电流互感器取能和锂电池协同供电的设计方案。该方案采用通过电流互感器从线路感应获取能量,通过充放电管理电路,同时给监测设备和备用锂电池供能。在因空载或者断电引起线路电流过小,导致供能不足时,采用后备锂电池协同供电。可长期为在线监测设备提供约2.5W的功率,在线路电流恒>120A时,可提供近5W的输出功率。该设计综合了电磁感应供能和锂电池供能的优点,突出解决在线监测设备的供电难题。经实验证明,该电路设计合理,体积小,质量小,易于集成,且扩展性强,满足输出电压和功率较宽范围变化的要求。To meet the increasing demands for DC power supply of monitor system in the wild,we propose to obtain energy through cooperative work between two management circuits of current transformer and Lithium ion battery.Namely,DC energy,which is obtained through the current transformer and comes from electromagnetic induction of transmission line,is processed by power supply management circuit and delivered to the on-line monitoring equipment,meanwhile,lithium battery is used as a backup.In the shortage of the energy supply such as too small busbar current flowing in the no-load or power outage situation,the lithium battery provides energy for the monitoring equipment immediately.The design combines advantages of the electromagnetic induction-powered and lithium battery-powered for on-line monitoring equipment.The experimental data prove that this DC power supply could constantly output power as 2.5 W in any case,and provide power as high as 5 W when the magnitude of line current is always higher than 120 A.In fact,this device is of small size,light weight,and easy for circuit integration and function extension.Moreover,the detail circuit scheme of obtaining power from main power line and lithium battery charging manager is presented,and important technique parameters and the experimental results are given also.The experiment shows that this method can satisfy the requirements of power,and the active high voltage current transformer works well.
