摘  要:电压源换流器高压直流输电(VSC-HVDC)换流站一般在换流变压器与换流电抗之间的交流母线安装高通滤波器以滤除VSC高频开关引起的电流谐波。系统阻抗、换流电抗以及滤波器参数的选择直接影响滤波器的性能,不合适的参数容易引起系统不稳定,甚至引起谐振从而放大输入电网的电流谐波。为此,针对该问题,推导了变流器输出电压谐波与调制比有关的数学解析式,分析了换流电抗选取方法并确定了调制比运行范围,建立了滤波器的频域模型。在此基础上,明确了系统阻抗、换流电抗以及滤波器各参数对滤波性能的影响。基于电磁暂态仿真软件PSCAD/EMPDC建立了VSC-HVDC模型,同时搭建了按仿真模型等比例缩小的实验系统,仿真与实验的结果验证了该分析与设计方法的正确性。High-pass filter is commonly installed between AC transformer and commutating reactor for VSC-HVDC system to reduce the injection of harmonic current which is generated by the high-frequency switching of IGBT valves.System impendence,commutating reactor and the filter parameters are most important to its performance,and incorrect selection will lead to instability or even resonance so as to amplify the harmonic current.Aiming at these problems,influential factors on filter’s performance which consist of the system impendence,commutating reactor and the filter parameters are analyzed.Firstly,harmonics of the converter are analyzed to gain the mathematical expression of the output voltage’s harmonic components to modulation index.Secondly,the selection of total reactance value and the range of modulation index are deduced.Thirdly,frequency domain model of the AC filter is set up.Lastly,PSCAD/EMPDC based simulated model and its scaling down experimental system are set up.Moreover,the effectiveness of the presented characteristic analysis and parameter design method of the AC filter is proved by the simulated and experimental results.
