摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)和血管性痴呆(VD)是神经系统中的两种不同疾病,这两种疾病在临床上常出现交叠,早期的病变部位和症状多样,使得两者之间很难区分。应用一些影像诊断技术,如CT、磁共振(MRI)以及单光子发射计算机断层成像术(SPECT),可以为这两种疾病的诊治应用提供有利的客观依据。Alzheimer＇s disease and Vascular dementia are two different diseases in the nervous system. The two diseases often occur in the clinical overlap, early lesions and symptoms varied,which makes it difficult to distinguish them. Applying some imaging diagnostic techniques , such as CT, MRI and SPECT, may provide useful objective basis for both diagnosis and treatment of the two disease.
