摘　　要：目前,临床常用的基础胰岛素有低精蛋白胰岛素(NPH)、甘精胰岛素和地特胰岛素。综合有效性、安全性、卫生经济学等多方面因素,甘精胰岛素是基础胰岛素的最佳选择。不仅如此,2型糖尿病患者在预混胰岛素控制不理想的情况下,转为基础胰岛素联合口服药物安全有效。Nowadays, Neutral Protamine Hagedorn （ NPH）, insulin glargine and insulin determir are available in clinical practice. Taking efficacy, safety and healthy economy into consideration,insulin glargine is the first choice of basal insulin therapy. For type 2 diabetic patients, basal insulin combined with oral antidiabetic drugs can be used when premixed insulin fails to reach the glyeemic goal.
