摘　　要：本文概述了我国终末期肾脏疾病治疗的现状与需求,以及血液透析专业技术人员的现状与问题;阐述了血液透析专业技术人员应具备的资质和条件,提出了血液透析专业技术人员的培养对策;目的在于提高对血液透析专业技术人员培养的重视,促进血液透析专业技术人员的培养和教育,满足我国快速发展的血液透析治疗需求。This article provides a overview of the present situation and needs of the treatment of end-stagerenal-disease （ESRD） , and summarizes current situation and problem of the training of hemodialysis specialty technicians. In this article, we also describe the qualifications and conditions that the hemodialysis specialty technicians should have and make the training countermeasures to hemodialysis specialty technicians. The purpose of this article is to make us to pay more attention to the training of hemodialysis specialty technicians and promote the education and training of hemodialysis specialty technicians to meet the requirement of the rapid development of the hemodialysis treatment in our country.
