摘　　要：国外电力体制改革经历了近30年,由于牵涉面广,情况复杂,各国的改革成果既具有共性也具有较大差异。认真研究国外电力体制改革的最新改革经验,对中国推进电力体制改革具有重要借鉴意义。本文阐述了美国、欧盟等国外电力体制改革的最新进展情况,总结了其发展经验,并针对中国国情提出了进一步推进电力体制改革的建议。The power system reform in the world has experienced almost 30 years. Because of wide and complex conditions, results of the reform in different countries have both similarity and difference. Earnestly studying the latest advance in foreign power systems will be beneficial to Chinese power system reform. This paper elaborates the latest progress of the power system innovation from the United States, European Union and other foreign countries, summarizes the experience of their development and puts forward some proposals to further promote the electric power system reform according to China＇s actual conditions.
