摘　　要：通过简要回顾我国水资源论证制度的起源和工作概况,分析了水资源论证制度的主要特点及其对实行最严格水资源管理制度的重要作用,按照实行最严格水资源管理制度的要求,指出当前工作的不足,探讨提出了强化水资源论证工作的有关对策措施。Through the overview of the water resources assessment system in China,it analyzes the main characters of water resources assessment system and its role in the implement of the strictest water resources management system.According to the requirement of the strictest water resources management system,it figures out the disadvantage of the current work and proposes related countermeasures to strengthen water resources assessment.
