摘　　要：针对南水北调受水区地下水压采工作,构建了一套较全面的地下水压采监督管理框架体系。主要包括:明晰了监督管理体系的主体和客体,阐述了监督管理主体对客体的监管内容,讨论了实施监督管理的原则和方式。该体系的构建对于受水区地下水压采工作的规范运行和顺利开展,实现受水区地下水超采治理与修复目标具有一定的指导意义。Aimed at the work of groundwater exploitation control in the South-to-North Water Transferred area,an all-sided framework of supervision and management system is designed.The contents of framework includes that the subject and object of supervision and management system are defined,the supervision contents of the subject to the object are expatiated and the supervision principle and manner are discussed.The system construction is helpful to guide the work and attain the goal of groundwater exploitation control in the South-to-North Water Transferred area.
