摘　　要：随着中印文化交流的扩大,青藏地区作为中印交流的重要通道,凸现了文化安全与国家安全方面的独特性和复杂性。本文以中印交流为背景,从研讨印度的地缘政治和文化战略角度出发,分析印度的对西藏政策与青藏地区的文化安全及国土安全问题。Expand with being hit by the cultural exchanges,Qing-Tibetan region.hides the important passage that area exchanges as China-India,also protruding present culture in safe and national security aspect peculiarity composes in reply complexity.In this paper,the Sino-Indian cultural background,from India＇s strategic geo-political and cultural point of view of Indian policy on Zang Tibet region of China,especially the cultural safety and homeland security issues.
