摘　　要：目的 探讨B细胞特异性激活蛋白Pax-5在肺小细胞癌中的表达及其意义.方法 运用免疫组织化学方法对36例肺小细胞癌、8例肺类癌、25例肺鳞癌、32例肺腺癌进行Pax-5检测.结果 Pax-5在肺小细胞痛中阳性率为72.22%（26/36）,在8例肺类癌、25例肺鳞癌、32例肺腺癌中均为阴性表达.结论 Pax-5可用于区别肺小细胞癌与其它肺癌类型,具有潜在的鉴别诊断价值.Objective To study the expression of Pax-5 in small cell lung carcinomas and its clinicopathologic significance. Methods lmmunohistochemical study for Pax-5 was carried out in 36 small cell lung carcinomas,8 carcinoid tumors,25 lung squamous cell carcinomas,and 32 lung adenocarcinomas. Results Pax-5 was expressed in 72.22% （26/36） of small cell lung carcinomas,and negative in 8 carcinoid tumors,25 lung squamous cell carcinomas,and 32 lung adenocarcinomas. Conclusions Our results indicate that Pax-5 should be potentially useful immunohistochemical marker for the complex differential diagnosis between small cell lung carcinomas and the other subtypes of lung carcinomas.
