摘 要:目的 建立实验家犬颅脑爆震伤动物模刑,观测实验家犬血液流变性、颅内压、脑组织病理及生存变化.方法 实验家犬20只,制作成新型颅脑震伤模型,伤后0.0.5,4,8,12,24,48h分别抽取股静脉血进行血流变学检测,并检测颅内压等指标.结果 犬爆震伤后,红细胞压积(HCT)、全血黏度(ηb)、颅内压指标(ICP)均出现持续升高,白细胞(WBC)则先下降后升高,血小板(PLT)则持续下降.结论 实验家犬颅脑震伤后血液全血黏度升高,究其原因与红细胞压积增高和红细胞聚集性增强有关.Objective To establish animal model of craniocerebral explosive injury and observe the changes of hemorheology, intracranial pressure(ICP),histopathology, death rate on early treament of mannitol. Methods Twenty dogs were established into an new model of craniocerebral explosive injury to detect hemorheology and intracranial pressure after injuried 0,0.5,4,8,12,24,48 hours. Results After craniocerebral explosive injuried,HCT, blood apparent viscosity(11 b),ICP continuously increased,WBC decreased initially and then increased,PLT continuously decreased. Conclusion Blood apparent viscosity was increased after craniocerebral explosive injury.That' s related to HCT increase and Erythrocyte aggregation enhancement.
