摘　　要：目的 探讨尿微量白蛋白测定在糖尿病、高血压的临床应用价值.方法 用Behring Nephelometer-100特定蛋白仪分别检测70名健康成人（对照组）、42例糖尿病患者（糖尿病组）、62例高血压患者（高血压组）之尿微量白蛋白.结果 对照组、糖尿病组、高血压组尿微量白蛋白分别是：13.6±4.8mg/L、45.2±23.4mg/L、47.6±24.8mg/L;糖尿病组与对照组相比,两者之间存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）;高血压组与对照组相比,两者之间亦存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）.结论 尿微量白蛋白检测可用于糖尿病患者、高血压患者的微血管损害评估.Objective To explore the appliable value of the microalbuminuria measurement in the diabetes and hypertension patients. Methods We measure the microalbuminuria in the following three groups by Behring Nephelometer-100 Analyzer made in Japan,including control group（seventy healthy volunteers）,diabetes group（fourty-two cases）,hypertension group（sixty-two cases）. Results The microalbuminuria of the above three groups is as follows respectively：control group （13.6 ± 4.8mg/L）,diabetes group（45.2± 23.4mg/ L）,hypertension group（47.6± 24.8mg/L）.There are markedly statistical differences between control group and diabetes group（P〈0.01）.There are also obviously statistical differences between control group and hypertension group（P〈0.01）.Conelusion The measurement of microalbuminuria can be used to evaluate the harm of microvessels in the diabetes and hypertension diseases.
