摘　　要：国际核危机是一种严重危害国际安全的恶性事态。国际核危机发生后,如何对其进行有效的控制和管理是国际安全领域的重大课题。本文回顾了南亚核危机的演变过程,着重分析印度与巴基斯坦两国以及国际社会第三方应对管理南亚核危机的方式及成效。The international nuclear crisis is a serious malignant state which jeopardizing international security. After the nuclear crisis, how to control and manage crisis are major issues of international security community. This paper, focusing on analysis of India and Pakistan, two countries directly involved in, re- views the evolution of the nuclear crisis in South Asia, the international community＇ s response to the crisis and Management effectiveness.
