摘　　要：目的:系统评价利培酮治疗Tourette综合征的疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane对照试验中心数据库、CBM、CNKI、VIP,辅以手工检索相关文献的参考文献目录,全面收集利培酮治疗Tourette综合征的临床随机对照试验,由两名评价员单独筛选、提取资料并对其进行质量评价。结果:共纳入5个随机对照试验(共172名患者,年龄范围是6～65岁),两个安慰剂对照试验,三个有效对照试验,由于存在临床异质性,未进行Meta分析,仅进行描述性分析。和安慰剂相比,利培酮可以明显改善对抽动的控制,未出现严重不良反应;目前研究显示利培酮与哌迷清及可乐定对Tourette综合征抽动的控制无明显差异。结论:利培酮对Tourette综合征患者的抽动控制短期有效且耐受性良好,但远期疗效及不良反应有待大样本、长疗程进一步研究。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and harms of risperidone in comparison to placebo or other medi- cations in the treatment of tics in Tourette syndrome. Method：The electronic bibliographic databases, including PubMed, Coehrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, CBM, CNKI and VIP were searched to assemble the randomized controlled trials （RCTs） , and reference lists of relevant articles were reviewed for additional trials. Their data were extracted and evaluated by two reviewers independently with a designed extraction form. Result：Five randomized controlled trials were ineluded （ a total of 172 participants, their ages ranging from 6 to 65 years）, 2 of which were placebo - controlled and 3 were efficacy-controlled. Due to the significant clinical heterogeneity and inappropriate meta-analysis, the results of each study were individually presented. Superior to placebo in the management of tics, risperidone did not cause any serious side effects. The present study showed that risperidone and other drugs （pimozide and clonidine）did not have any significant differences in the treatment of Tourette tics. Conclusion： Risperidone was safe and effective for the short-term treatment of patients with tourette syndrome tics. However, a longe-term trial is needed to assesses the long-term efficacy and side effects of risperidone.
