摘  要:运用Isomed 2000等速力量测试与训练系统,对国家短道速滑队13名主力队员左右腿膝、踝关节屈伸肌群进行肌力的等速测试,通过峰力矩值找出国家短道速滑队队员膝、踝关节肌肉群肌力的整体情况和个体差异,为未来的训练提供理论依据。研究结果表明:国家短道速滑队队员整体膝、踝关节肌力发展不均衡,个体差异显著;膝、踝关节左右腿同名肌肉群肌力比较均衡,个体具有一定的差异;膝、踝关节屈伸肌群力量协调;整体膝、踝关节肌力在快速和高速运动状态下肌肉工作能力较差,不利于运动员运动成绩的进一步提高。Using the Isomed2000 uniform-speed testing and training system to conduct isokinetic testing on the force of the contracting and extending mus-cle group in the knees and ankles of 13 short track speed skaters in the national team,through the value of peak force moment,we can find the overall conditions and individual differences in the force of muscular group about the knees and ankles of the short track speed skaters in the national team,which can offer the biomechanical reference for the succeeding training.The study showed that the development of the muscle force in the knees and ankles of the skaters was not balanced,but that the individual difference was significant;forces of the muscle group of the same name in the knees and ankles are rela-tively balanced for both legs,while there are slight individual differences;forces of the contracting and extending muscle group in the knees and ankles were in coordination;endurance of the knees and ankles muscle group under the condition of high speed appeared relatively poor,which prevents the play-ers from improving their performance further.
