经筋手法治疗肩周炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经筋手法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为经筋手法组50例和针刺治疗组50例,2组各治疗2个疗程后作比较。结果经筋手法组总有效率为96%,针刺治疗组总有效率为86%,2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经筋手法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of the muscle meridian manipulation for shoulder periarthritis. Methods One hundred cases with shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into two groups ： muscle meridian manipulation （ n = 50 ） and acupuncture manipulation groups （ n = 50 ）, respectively. The clinical effect was evaluated after two courses. Results Total effective rate was 96% in muscle meridian manipulation group, which was higher than that of acupuncture manipulation group （86%）. The total effective rate of the two groups showed significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The muscle meridian manipulation is an effective therapy for shoulder periarthritis.
