摘　　要：司法道德作为适用法律的德性保证,其对法治建设具有不可或缺的意义。在向度上,司法道德表现为追求司法公正、远离司法腐败和忠于法律、唯法是从两个层面。就实现条件而言,司法道德既需要司法工作者个人良好职业操守和外在机制作为保障,也需要学界和司法部门以具有共识性的价值体系对司法活动的引领,还需要司法工作者将司法智慧作为更高层次的价值追求。As moral assurance of application of law,judicial ethics is indispensable to construction of law. In view of dimensions, performances of judicial ethics reflect on two levels： pursuing judicial justice far from judicial corruption and faithfulness to the law, and complying with the law. In terms of conditions of realization, judicial ethics requires not only good personnel ethics of justice workers who count the judicial wisdom as the higher value, but also the lead of the consensus of academia and judiciary value system.
