摘 要:制约甩挂运输发展的因素积重难返,其解决之道仍有赖于组合政策的长期引导和扶持,这既需要改革的时机,也需要耐心。September,7,2010,LandSea Transportation Agreements between China and South Korea and Protocol of the first stage were signed in Weihai,Shandong province,which means that China and Korea started officially land-sea automotive vehicle transportation.Automotive vehicle transportation with independent power set is one of the advanced highway transport forms.It is said that the first open ports in the first stage include Weihai,Yantai,Qingdao,Rizhao,Longyan as well as Shidao in Shandong province and Renchuan Port,Pingze Port as well as Qunshan Port.It is estimated by experts that the signing of the agreements will reduce the customs clearance time between china and South Korea by 8 to 14 hours and decline the logistics cost by 335 to 536 Yuan per car.As the first land-sea transportation agreements signed officially by China and adjacent countries,the signing of Agreements between China and South Korea will no doubt promote the development of container automotive vehicle transportation in the above six ports,however,this cannot fundamentally solve problems come across in China's automotive vehicle transportation.
