摘  要:针对波分复用系统中动态增益失衡问题,在常规掺铒光纤放大器内部同时引进增益谱平坦和全光增益锁定机制,研制出满足8×2.5Gb/s系统要求的新型增益均衡EDFA,首次实现了WDM8×2.5Gb/s级连放大传输系统的动态增益均衡。在传输信道数改变的动态运行情况下,误码率为10-12,接收机最高灵敏度为-32dBm,最大功率代价仅为0.5dB。For the dynamic gain equalization in a wavelength division multiplex (WDM) system, the gain spectrum and all optical gain locking mechanism are introduced together into the normal erbium dopoed fibre amplifier (EDFA). And a new type of EDFA with gain equalization is researched out for the requirement of 8×2.5Gb/s system. At the first time, the dynamic gain equalization is realized in the WDM 8×2.5Gb/s cascade amplification transmiission system. Under the circumstance of dynamic running with changing transmission channels, the bit error rate is 10 -12 , the best sensitivity of receivers is up to -32dBm, and the largest power cost is only 0.5dB.
