摘 要:俄罗斯现代租赁业是随着俄罗斯向市场经济转轨而逐步建立、发展起来的,近年来进入了迅猛发展阶段,并跻身于世界租赁市场前10强国家,在此次全球金融危机前更是达到了历史最好发展水平。全球金融危机给俄现代租赁业的发展带来了一定的影响,俄政府适时推出了一系列支持租赁业发展的举措。由于全球金融危机对俄经济的影响尚未见底,在未来2~3年内俄租赁业难以快速发展,将随俄经济的复苏而缓步回升,但租赁业仍将是俄发展较快的行业之一,并且俄租赁公司间的并购将不可避免。Russia’s modern property renting was gradually set up and developed as it turned towards market economy. The business got on great momentum in recent years and elbowed its way into the world’s top ten. It is all the more in its heyday in a global financial crisis. The Russian government took timely measures to back up its development in the crisis which has played a somewhat propelling role. As the impact of the crisis has not yet bottomed out, the Russian property renting business can hardly boom in the next two or three years. It will take a slow upturn as the Russian economy resuscitates. But it will be one of the quickly developing industries in Russia. The merger of Russian renting companies is unavoidable.
