摘　　要：随着商事交易的频繁与扩大,商事信用在现代商事活动中的作用愈益突出。而目前我国对商事信用的法律保护和规制不足,相关法律制度缺位,导致商事信用危机加剧,市场秩序混乱。因此,借鉴欧美国家的经验,完善现有的法律法规,并探索建立适合我国国情的商事信用法律制度,具有重大的现实意义。As the frequency and enlargement of business transaction,business credit plays a more important role in modern business activity.But the legal institution absence of the business credit results in the enlargement of the crisis of the business credit of China and the confusion of the market regulation.So we should learn from the experience of western counties,try to perfect the law at present and construct the legal institution of the business credit that adapt to our country,which is quite important.
