摘　　要：为评价凯夫扶兰（双氯酚酸钾）用于早孕负压吸宫术镇痛的疗效和可接受性，将４０５例受试对象根据既往分娩情况分为阴道分娩组和非阴道分娩组，再分别随机分为术前服用凯扶兰５０ｍｇ的观察组和Ｖｃ２００ｍｇ的对照组。To evaluate the efficacy and acceptibility of Kuflan (Diclofenac potassium),one of NSAIDs,as an analgesic during vaccum aspiration.405 subuects were divided in- to vaginal delivery group and non-vaginal delivery group according to their previous delivery history.In each group,the subjects randomly received either kaflan 50mg or Vc 200mg within 30-60 minutes before oper- ation.According to clinical pain-grade(0-4)criteria, the severity of pain during dilatation and evacuation were evaluated by both doctors and subjects.Side-ef- fects and acceptibility of the drug were recorded.The re- suits showed that in non-vaginal group(1)after having taken Kaflan,the proportions of women who felt mild or less pain and thought the pain easy to be stood were 46. 6% and 60.2% respectively,which were significantly higher than that of Vc group(15.7% and 32.7%,P< 0.001);(2)bothdoctors and subjects believed that Kaflan was effective in most eases(82.5% and 84.5%, respectively),which was significantly different from Vc (49.5% and 46.1%,P<0.001);(3)only 8.7% women who took Kaflan were not willing to use the same drug next time,which was significantly lower than that of Vc group(21.6%,P<0.001).There was no such signifi- cant differences as mentioned above between the experi- mental and control groups the vaginal group.It was con- cluded that Kaflan appeared to be more effective in nul- liparous or the parous women who had no history of vaginal delivery.All its convenient use,little side-effect and reasonable price together will contribute to its good prospects in clinical application and dissemination.
