摘 要:目的研制一种新型支架,以克服传统下肢骨折牵引治疗支架的弊端。方法跷式牵引支架借鉴跷式运动原理设计,用金属材料制作,由主架、附架、基架和配架组成,主、附架以基架为支点可在牵引中作跷式运动。结果该支架性能良好,确保了牵引力线不变和骨折端无活动。临床应用32例,效果良好。结论该支架克服了传统牵引支架的主滑轮位置固定不变在临床应用中造成的弊端,患者痛苦少,护理方便,疗效提高。Objective To overcome the deficit of the traditional traction frame, a new type of traction device was developed for lower extremity fracture. Methods The seesaw traction device is designed on the principle of seesaw motion. It is composed of main, affiliated, basic and attaching pieces. The main and affiliated pieces are able to do seesaw motion in the period of traction with the basic piece as a fulcrum. Results The new device designed was of good property. It could maintain the traction in the right line and keep the bone fragments in apposition. 32 patients achieved satisfactory results by such treatment. Conclusion Seesaw traction can overcome the shortcoming of immobilizing of being fixed on the traditional traction frame in clinical application. It makes the patients feel less painful with ease nursing, and therefore ensures better outcomes for patients.
