摘　　要：目的了解乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液(LVFX)发生不良反应(ADR)的特点,以便今后在临床合理使用,保证用药安全。方法统计分析、总结南宁市红十字会医院2008至2010年上报的LVFX注射液103例ADR患者,并利用Excel软件分别对其年龄、性别、用药情况及ADR的临床表现等进行分析。结果 ADR在用药各年龄人群均可发生,但60岁以上人群发生率最高(33.01%),以胃肠道不良反应和过敏反应为主,大部分为轻、中度。结论临床应严格按照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》和药品说明书规定用药,加强LVFX注射液合理应用和ADR监测,确保患者用药安全。Objective To analyze the characteristice of adverse drug reaction（ADR）induced by Levofloxacin Lactate and Sodium Chloride Injection（LVFX）to ensure drug safety and for future rational use in clinical.Methods 103 LVFX injection-induced ADR cases reported in Red Cross Hospital of Nanning during 2008～2010 were collected and analyzed statistically with Excel in respect of age,gender,medication and clinical manifestation,etc.Results ADR cases occurred nearly in all ages of people and 33.01%were appeared in people over 60 years.Main clinical manifestations were gastrointestinal side effects and allergic reactions.Most of them were mild and medium ADR.Conclusion Clinical should strictly follow the ＂guiding principle clinical use of antibiotics＂ and drug administration instructions provided.Strengthening rational use of injection LVFX and ADR monitoring,to ensure drug safety of patients.
