摘　　要：目的探讨糖脉康颗粒对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)的影响。方法选取70例正接受有效降糖治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分成2组,对照组维持原治疗方案,治疗组35例在原有治疗方案基础上加用糖脉康颗粒治疗24周,观察所有患者治疗前后的CysC的变化。结果治疗组患者的血清胱抑素C较前明显下降(P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后CysC无明显差异。结论糖脉康颗粒可显著降低早期糖尿病肾病患者的血清胱抑素C。Objective To explore the effect of Tangmaikang granule therapy on the serum Cysteine C （Cys-C） level in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A prospective case-control study of patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were under well glycemic control,comparing those who had received 24 weeks of Tangmaikang granule therapy （N=35） to those without Tangmaikang granule therapy （N=35）.Comparisons were made by measuring the changes of the cysteine-C level in serum.Results Tangmaikang-treated patients had significantly depressed Cys-C level （P0.01）,while the changes in Cys-C level of the control group had no statistical difference.Conclusion Tangmaikang granule therapy can lower the serum Cysteine C （Cys-C） level in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
