摘　　要：目前商品住宅楼板不经处理很难达到一级隔声指标要求,而住宅中楼板隔声性能符合要求是达到3A住宅性能认定的必要条件。项目中住宅客厅采取橡胶颗粒隔声施工方案,卧室采用黏结胶改性隔声施工方案,通过正确选材、合理施工,避免声桥,现场声学测试的楼板隔声指标均达到3A住宅的隔声设计标准,这些对楼板隔声施工提供了工程范例。The sound reduction index of high-quality residence building can hardly attain requirement without sound insulation processing.It’s essential condition for the building slab to meet sound reduction index to attain 3A residential building.The living room ground brick adopts rubber grain and the bedroom adopts glues knot gum to raise sound insulation properties in the construction project.It’s important to properly choose materials,reasonable construction,avoide sound bridge in construction process.The spot sound test reveals that floor slab construction satisfied the sound reduction class which provided an example to the building plank.
