摘　　要：根据构建新房产权属登记管理系统项目的需要,结合SOA设计思想进行软件的分析和设计,开发一个具有灵活架构、可配置、可扩展、随需而变的房产权属登记系统,并完成其与GIS系统、测绘系统以及网上备案系统的无缝集成。Base on project requirement analysis, together with the concept of SOA on the software analysis and design was used in this article built a new property ownership registration management system which has flexible framework, can be configured, extended and adjust as deemed necessary, completing the seamless integration with the GIS system, survey system and the contract record Web system.
