慢性丙型肝炎患者血清中白介素-18的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究慢性丙型肝炎患者血清中白介素-18(interleukin-18,IL-18)的表达情况,探讨IL-18在慢性丙型肝炎发病中的作用及可能的临床意义。方法酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测20例正常人,42例慢性丙型肝炎患者血清中IL-18水平。结果慢性丙型肝炎患者中谷丙转氨酶升高组血清IL-1 8表达明显高于健康对照组[(422.8±11.2)pg/mlvs(104.1±10.9)pg/ml,P<0.05],谷丙转氨酶正常组血清IL-18表达也高于健康对照组[(219.8±20.6)pg/mlvs(104.1±10.9)pg/ml,P<0.05]。且慢性丙型肝炎患者血清IL-18表达与谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶均具有正相关性(r1=0.701,P<0.05;r2=0.769,P<0.05)。结论慢性丙型肝炎患者中IL-18表达增高,且与谷丙、谷草转氨酶水平有关。IL-18可能在慢性丙型肝炎的发生发展、转归和预后中具有一定临床指导意义。Objective To explore the relationship between interleukin-18（IL-18） and pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis C,we investigated the expression of IL-18 in patients with chronic hepatitis C and health individuals.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay（ELISA） was used to measure the expression of IL-18 in the serum of 42 patients with chronic hepatitis C and 20 health individuals.Results Patients of chronic hepatitis C with elevated serum alanine aminotransferase levels showed higher levels of IL-18 than the controls [（422.8±11.2）pg/ml vs（104.1±10.9）pg/ml,P〈0.05],patients of chronic hepatitis C with normal serum alanine aminotransferase levels patients showed higher levels of IL-18 than the controls [（219.8±20.6）pg/ml vs（104.1±10.9）pg/ml,P〈0.05].The expression of IL-18 in patients with chronic hepatitis C was positively related with the expression of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase（r1=0.701,P〈0.05;r2=0.769,P〈0.05）.Conclusions The IL-18 is increased in patients with chronic hepatitis C,and may play a role in the pathogenesis and progress of chronic hepatitis C.
