摘　　要：结合人眼的视觉特性以及视频编码的特点,去除视频编码中的视觉冗余,在JM软件的基础上进一步压缩编码比特数。实验结果表明,该方法能在视频主观质量没有发生明显变化的前提下,编码比特数进一步压缩8%～20%。In this paper, the visual redundancies is eliminated, which exist in the video coding combining human visual system with the characteristic of video coding and further compress the bitrates of coding based on the JM software. The result shows that the average of bitrates decrease 8.5% to 20% without any loss of visual quality.
