北京农业生态服务价值与生态补偿机制研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,北京农业的主要功能从"向北京市提供农副产品和食品加工原料"转向了"生态服务价值"。然而在北京农业为北京贡献着巨大的生态环境服务价值的同时,北京农民直接获得的却只是不到6%的农业经济价值和经济服务价值。理论与实践都期待着北京农业生态补偿机制的建立与实施。本文希冀为完善北京农业生态补偿机制提供新的视角和思路。Since 1980s, the main functions of Beijing agriculture transformed from providing agricultural products to local beijingers to ecosystem service value. However, while make significant contributions to the value of ecosystem serv- ices of Beijing, the farmers only get less than 6% of the total the economic value of agriculture and the economic value of agriculture. Agro -ecological compensation mechanism is expected to be developed and implemented in the near future from both theoretical perspective and practical perspective. This paper will provide some new perspectives and ideas to Bei- jing agro- ecological compensation mechanism.
