摘  要:产品设计为一复杂的过程,但大多是固定设计流程或设计方法的设计,有一定的重复性或相似性。为了提高设计效率,实现复杂产品设计知识的重用,提出基于面向对象技术的知识模板概念,研究知识模板的定义与构造方法,实现基于知识模板的产品快速设计,并以涡轮叶片精铸模具模架设计实例验证了基于知识模板设计的有效性和实用性。The development process of product is very complicated,most of which are following conventional procedural process and designing methods.Moreover,have some degrees of repeatability and similarity.In order to increase the design efficiency and realize knowledge reusing of complex products,a concept of knowledge template based on object-oriented technology was prompted.The conception and constructing method of knowledge template were researched,and the rapid design of product based on knowledge reuse theory was realized.Finally,a sample application was presented for demonstration.The experiment of designing of die base shows that the knowledge template is effective and time-saving to the products design.
