摘 要:在建立750型外开电动天窗参数化模型的基础上,研究原厂配套和后加装外开电动天窗的车型匹配问题。对于原厂配套天窗产品,提出了参数化设计的解决方案及实施步骤,并成功运用在860型外开电动天窗设计上。配套的860型外开电动天窗结构紧凑、综合性能良好,经过单机和整车性能试验,各项指标均达到标准。实例证明基于参数化设计方法的有效性和高效性。对于后加装天窗产品,建立了天窗总成模型库和通用零件库。这两种方法显著提高了汽车天窗的设计水平、速度和效率,为其快速批量生产提供了坚实的技术基础。Based on the modeling of 750 pop-up electric sunroof,vehicle model matching for pop-up electric sunroof of OEM and face-lifting was researched.Regarding the products from OEM(Origimal Equipment Manufacturer),the solution and implementing process of parameter design is put forward,this method is also used in 860 pop-up electric sunroof,which has compact structure and better performance.After the performance tested for single product and complete car,every index meets the requirement standard.Examples indicated that this method is effective and efficient.For the products of face-lifting,the model data of sunroof assembly and data of universal components and parts are set up.The level,speed and efficiency of sunroof design are enhanced with the two methods,which provides solid technique basis for fast mass production.
