摘　　要：通过规范分析以及制度比较,分析了我国失业保险法律制度所存在的覆盖范围窄、给付标准不合理、给付条件不完善以及给付期限长等问题。因此,我国失业保险法律制度应该扩大覆盖范围、提高给付水平、明确给付条件等。《社会保险法(草案)》对失业保险制度予以相应完善,但是仍然存在一些问题。Through normative analysis and comparative studies on insurance systems,we found that there are some problem in regulations on unemployment insurance,such as narrow coverage,low payment and so on.The draft of the Social Insurance Law made some improvements of unemployment insurance,but several clausese are not perfect yet.
