摘　　要：在已有Vp和R控制图基础上,结合B&L转换规则,构建了控制图经济模型,给出了相应的费用函数.运用数值实例将构建的模型与现有Vp和R控制图进行了比较分析,发现构建的模型可以明显的缩短报警时间,减少单位生产费用.并针对数值实例,运用了遗传算法搜索经济设计的最优解,验证了该模型的节约效果.Based on the existing Vp X and R charts, the new model is developed with application of B ＆ L switching rule. The cost function is derived. A comparison of the developed and existing Vp X and R charts is presented to an actual case, and the results show the savings that the developed model provides. The genetic algorithm is employed to search for the solution of the economic design, and an example illustrates the savings of the developed model.
