摘  要:目的:探讨自控锻炼对癌症患者康复期红细胞抗氧化酶活性及血浆MDA含量的影响。方法:上海市癌症俱乐部康复班新入学员47名,其中,男性21名,平均年龄61.19±8.53岁;女性26名,平均年龄56.35±6.17岁,平均癌龄为1.3±1.13年。受试者结束肿瘤常规治疗后,坚持3个月有指导的自控锻炼;锻炼方式为每周5~7天,每天1.5~2h。3个月后,清晨空腹安静状态下肘静脉采血,用黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,二硫代二硝基苯甲酸(DTNB)法测红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,硫代巴比妥酸法(TBA)测血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:1)与实验前比较,3个月自控锻炼后,癌症患者红细胞SOD活性明显升高(P<0.001);GSH-Px活性略有升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血浆MDA含量显著下降(P<0.001)。2)实验前,不同类型癌症患者之间红细胞SOD、GSH-Px活性均无明显差异(P>0.05)。乳腺癌与消化系统癌症、消化系统癌与其他癌症患者血浆MDA含量均无明显差异(P>0.05),然而,乳腺癌患者血浆MDA含量明显高于其他癌症患者(P<0.01)。3)3个月自控锻炼后,不同类型癌症患者红细胞SOD、GSH-Px活性及血浆MDA水平均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:自控锻炼能够提高癌症患者康复期红细胞抗氧化酶活性,降低血浆MDA含量。提示,自控锻炼对于改善癌症患者机体氧化应激状态,降低自由基氧化对机体造成的损伤具有积极意义。Objective:To investigate effect of self-control exercise on erythrocyte Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities and plasma Malondialdehyde (MDA) in cancer patients who had finished conventional therapy. Methods:47 cancer patients (21male: 61. 19 ± 8. 53ys; 27female: 56. 35 ± 6. 17ys) who had finished regular treatment and entered for Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation Club were recruited for the test. The average cancer age was 1.3 ± 1.13 years old. With the guidance of expert, they performed self-control exercise 1. 5 to 2hours per day, 5 to 7days per week and lasted for 3 months. Blood was extracted from cubital vein. Xanthine oxidase method was used for erythrocyte SOD determination and DTNB for GSH-Px activities. Plasma MDA was evaluated by TBA method. Results: 1 ) 3 month later, resting levels of erythrocyte SOD activities of cancer patients increased significantly (P〈0. 001). GSH-Px did not change significantly though a slightly increase was observed (P〉0. 05). Plasma MDA decreased significantly as a marker of oxidative stress (P〈0. 001); 2) Before experiment, there was no significant difference of resting level of erythrocyte SOD and GSH-Px activities between different type of cancers (P〉 0. 05, respectively). Plasma MDA between breast cancer patients and cancer of digestive system, cancer of digestive system and the other type of cancer patients also showed no significant difference (P〉0.05, respectively). However, MDA level of breast cancer patients was significant higher than the other cancers (P〈0.01). 3) After 3-month self-control exercise, there was no significantly difference of erythrocyte SOD and GSH-Px activities (P〉 0. 05, respectively). Plasma MI)A concentration in different type of cancer patients showed no differences (P〉0.05, respectively). Conclusion: 3-month self-control exercise could increase erythroeyte antioxidant enzyme activities of cancer patients and reduce plasma MDA
