摘　　要：本文在简述图书馆制度和读者权利内涵的基础上,分析了图书馆制度与读者权利相冲突的表现,并提出了消除图书馆制度与读者权利冲突的措施。On the base of summarizing the connotation of library system and reader right,this article analyzes the performance of conflict between the library system and reader right and proposes the measures to eliminate the conflict.
