建设高校图书馆机构知识库的研究——以扬州大学为例

摘　　要：高校图书馆建立机构知识库的必要性体现在三个方面:扩大研究成果的影响力,提高作者文章的被引用率;提高图书馆为教学科研服务水平;增强高校成果转化途径,促进科研成果为地方经济服务。本文构想描述图书馆机构知识库的主体状况,并从建立机构知识库的可行性角度,分析经费支持、资料征集、法律、软件以及长期保存、可持续发展和评价等问题及其相关对策。The necessity of establishment of institutional respository in the university library were reflected in the following three aspects,to expand the influence of research results and improve the quoted rate of author articles,to improve library service standards for teaching and research,to enhance the ways of achievement transformation and promote scientific research services for the local economy.This paper describes the main condition of institutional repository in the university library,and the questions such as financial support,data collection,legal,software,long-term preservation,sustainable development and evaluation and their related countermeasures were also discussed from the feasibility of the establishment of institutional repository.
