摘　　要：本文以大气科学学科为切入点,通过对南京信息工程大学大气科学外文信息资源用户需求和利用的调查和分析,试图了解用户对外文信息资源的总体需求和具体需求,从而为大学图书馆的外文信息资源建设和用户服务提供相关依据。Regarding atmospheric sciences as a starting point,through the investigation and analysis on the demand and utilization of users of Nanjing University of information science and technology in atmospheric sciences foreign language information resource,the paper tries to find out the genernal and actual users requirement in foreign language information resource and to provides relative basis for the information resource development and the user services of university library.
