摘　　要：针对我国基层公共图书馆管理现状与存在的问题,基于生态管理的理念,探讨基层公共图书馆生态管理的原则与要求,并通过模式构建以优化基层公共图书馆管理,提高资源利用率与社会效益。Based on the status and existing problems in grass-roots public library management as well as the idea of ecological management,this paper explores the principles and requirements of ecological management in grass-roots public libraries,and optimizes grass-roots public libraries management so as to promote their resources utilization and society efficiency by mode construction.
