摘  要:非制冷热成像技术是一门高新技术,近年来发展特别迅速,其主要特点是体积小、质量轻、成本低、可靠性高、用途广,因而引起世界各国的高度重视,并促进了其进一步发展。文中简要介绍了非制冷热成像技术的特点和应用范围,概述了美国、英国、日本等国家的发展现状,展望了21世纪非制冷热成像技术的发展前景。As one of the high\|technologies, the uncooled thermal imaging technology has been rapidly developed in the recent years. The uncooled thermal imager is mainly characterized by compact volume, light weight, low cost, high reliability and wide scope of application, which attracts a great attention of many countries in the world and promotes the further development of the uncooled thermal imaging technology. In this paper, the characteristics and applied scope of the uncooled thermal imaging technology are briefly presented. State\|of\|art for uncooled thermal imaging technology of the developed countries including USA, UK and Japan is summarized. Also, the tendency of the development of the uncooled thermal imaging technology is prospected in the 21\+\{st\} century.\=\;
