摘 要:红外探测器组件中的硅平面型pn结测温二极管,具有体积小、测温范围宽、灵敏度高、实用性强等优点。文中从设计原理、结构、定标测试、误差分析等各个方面对测温二极管做了全面介绍。特别值得一提的是,在一定的温度范围内,经过大量的实验,对每一只测温二极管从77~300K进行了90多个温度点的逐点测定,得到较为精确的结电压与温度关系曲线,与三点测定法得出的数值比较,两者的最大误差<2°C。该结果对工程化使用三点测定法进行测温二极管的标定,提供了快速、方便、可靠的定标方法。文中介绍的测温二极管在国内首家应用于我所生产的SPRITE、32元等红外探测器组件中。通过多年的实际应用和可靠性实验,证实这种测温二极管用于红外探测器组件的测温、控温是非常实用的。The Si diode can be used as the temperature sensor in infrared detector modules, and has many advantages of mini\|dimension, wide sensitive range, high sensitivity and good suitability. In this paper, the basic principle, design, calibration and measure deviation are presented. Accurate V-T curves of p\|n junction from 77300K were obtained from experiments with 90 points. The temperatures of liquid nitrogen, ice and room were also measured for comparing. The result shows that the deviation is not more than 2C, if three\|points calibrating is used instead of the full range calibrating. It is very suitable and convenient for using three\|point temperature calibrating in engineering. The diode has been used in several kinds of infrared detector modules as a temperature sensor for many years, and the results are very satisfactory.\=\;
