摘　　要：网络信息技术的应用改变了图书馆信息资源的结构和用户获取信息的方式,信息资源导航服务成为现代图书馆的一种新的服务手段,利用"关键事件技术(CIT)",图书馆将能够提高信息资源导航建设和服务的质量,提高用户的满意度。The network of information technology has changed the structure of library information resources and the way user access to information, the information resource navigation service is becoming a new service means of modern library. Using ＂Critical Incident Technique （CIT）＂, the library can promote the construction of information resources, enhance its service quality and improve users＇ satisfaction.
