摘  要:高校科研团队承担着高校的科研工作,其创新能力直接决定着科研成果的质量,影响高校的研究水平。文章基于知识传递理论,认为高校科研团队的创新能力主要体现为知识创新能力,而知识创新能力与知识传递效率正相关,进而分析影响知识传递效率的主要因素,即传递主体、传递情景和传递渠道,以及三者与高校科研团队创新能力提升的关系,从而构建高校科研团队创新能力提升理论模型。Scientific researches of universities are mainly conducted by research teams, so the teams' innovation capacity determines the quality of research results and the scientific levels of universities. This paper is based on knowledge transfer theory and holds that university research teams' innovation capacity embodies capacity of knowledge innovation. Knowledge innovation capacity is determined by the efficiency of knowledge transfer. The main factors effecting knowledge transfer efficiency are bearers, the channels and scenario of knowledge transfer. Then the authors analyze the relations between the three factors and the innovation capacity of university teams. And based on it the authors build a theoritical model for enhancing their innovation capacity.
