摘　　要：基于项目过程的知识管理是项目知识管理的第一阶段,其目标是在促进项目目标实现的同时实现知识积累;其实施原则一是需要与项目管理流程结合,二是基于项目生命期阶段组织和管理知识,且应通过具体表现形式呈现在项目管理进程中。以此为基础构建项目层知识管理活动模型,并对知识获取、知识共享、知识创新和知识积累等知识管理活动及其表现形式进行分析和阐述。Project process - based management, and its goal is to accumulation of knowledge. One of management process, the other is knowledge management is the first phase of the project knowledge promote the achievement of project objectives while achieving the ts implementation principles is that it should be combined with project that it should be organized and managed knowledge according to the phases of project life cycle, and it should present specific forms among the project management process. Based on the principles the paper constructs the project level activity model of knowledge management, and analyzes and describes knowledge management activities and their manifestations of knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge innovation and knowledge accumulation.
