摘  要:介绍了马钢余热处理钢筋产品的试制概况、生产工艺流程以及产品的成分、性能和金相组织情况。以Q235、20MnSi钢坯为试验材料研究了成分、工艺对余热处理钢筋性能的影响,并且研究了钢筋时效时的性能变化,提出了在我国积极推广应用余热处理钢筋的建议。This paper introduces the trial-production, production technology, chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure of remained heat treatment ribbed steel bars at Ma Steel. Taking Q235 steel and 20MnSi steel as tested materials, the effects of chemical composition and production technology on the properties of remained heat treatment ribbed steel bars were investigated. Besides, the change of aging properties of the ribbed steel bars was also observed. It is suggested that the application of remained heat treatment ribbed steel bars should be extended in China.
