摘 要:采用金相显微镜、电子显微镜配合能谱分析、辉光光谱仪及电化学方法,对产生黄斑缺陷的镀锡板进行了分析和研究。检验结果表明,镀锡板表面黄色斑点是锡的氧化物;进一步的分析发现,黄斑缺陷的产生与镀锡机组在生产过程中辊子对镀锡板的擦伤有关,由于在镀锡板生产过程中表面锡层和钝化膜被擦伤,破坏了锡层和铬酸盐钝化膜的连续性,当遇到空气中的湿气时,擦伤处的腐蚀电流比没有擦伤的正常镀锡板的腐蚀电流大,使这些区域的耐蚀能力降低,容易氧化发黄,从而导致黄斑缺陷的产生。Tinplates with yellow stain defect were studied and analyzed by optical microscopy, electron microscopy with energy spectrum, glow spectroscopy and electrochemical methods. The results showed that the component of the yellow stain was tin oxide. Further analysis showed that its formation was related to scratch caused by rollers in the tinning process. The uniformity of tin layer and the chromate passivation film was destroyed due to the scratch. When scratched tinplate was exposed to moist air, the corrosion current in scratched area was higher than that in normal area, which led to the weakening of anti-corrison ability and easy oxidation. As a result, the defect of yellow stain appeared.
