摘　　要：目的:研究补阳壮骨方对雌性自然衰老大鼠骨密度及骨小梁的影响。方法:取11月龄雌性SD大鼠,正常饲养至11.5月龄时开始给药,连续给药4个月。观察补阳壮骨方对雌性自然衰老大鼠骨密度及骨小梁的影响。结果:补阳壮骨方可一定程度上防止自然衰老引起的骨密度下降;能改善自然衰老引起的骨小梁结构退化。结论:补阳壮骨方对自然衰老导致的雌性大鼠骨密度及骨小梁退变有一定的预防作用。OBJECTIVE：To study the effect of Buyang zhuanggu prescription on the bone density and bone trabecula of female natural aging rats.METHODS：11-month-old female SD rats received normal feeding till 11.5 months old.SD rats were given medicine for 4 months.The effects of Buyang zhuanggu prescription on bone density and bone trabecula of female natrual aging rats were observed.RESULTS：Buyang zhuanggu prescription can prevent the reduction of bone density and the degeneration of bone trabecula structure caused by natural aging at a certain extent.CONCLUSION：Buyang zhuanggu prescription can prevent the reduction of bone density and the degeneration of bone trabecula of female natrual aging rats at a certain extent.
