我院门诊2006～2008年中药注射剂应用分析

摘　　要：目的:评估我院门诊中药注射剂的应用现状。方法:对我院门诊2006～2008年中药注射剂的消耗金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均用药金额及部分常用品种的科室用量进行统计分析。结果:我院门诊中药注射剂的消耗金额逐年增高,心脑血管用药连年居首位;有5种药品连续3年进入金额排序前10位,有4种药品连续3年进入DDDs排序前10位。结论:我院中药注射剂用量逐年增大,日均费用较高,品种过于集中。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the utilization of TCM injections in the out-patient department of our hospital.METHODS：The utilization of TCM injections in out-patient department of our hospital from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and amount of commonly used types in each department.RESULTS：The consumption sum of TCM injection in out-patient department increased year by year,among drugs for cardiovascular system dominated the first place;5 kinds of drugs entered the top 10 in the list of consumption sum,and 4 kinds of drugs entered the top 10 in the list of DDDs during the 3 years.CONCLUSION：The consumption of TCM injections increases every year.The commonly used TCM injections in our hospital express over-centralized with higher DDC.
