摘 要:选用菜豆(Phaseolus vulgaris)品种爱丰,采用根瘤菌+钼酸铵对种子进行拌种处理后,测定其产量、VC含量和蛋白质含量。结果表明,采用根瘤菌+钼酸铵拌种,能提高菜豆的产量和VC含量,但使蛋白质含量降低。综合来看,根瘤菌500g/667m2+钼酸铵30g/667m2的效果较好。‘Aifeng’ was choosen as the experimental material.The yield,Vc and protein content of Phaseolus vulgaris treated with different concentrations of seed dressing were determined.The results showed the yield and Vc content of Phaseolus vulgaris treated with rhizobia and ammonium molybdate were higher than the comparison.The protein content was lower than the comparison.In conclusion,the treatment of rhizobia 500 g/667 m2 and ammonium molybdate 30 g/667 m2 was better than other treatments.
